- Customizing Your mIRC
It is possible to change almost everything in mIRC to suit your own taste.
To change the colors of the way things look in the channel press ALT + K
To change the color of the OPs Voices, etc click the address book > Nick tab >
Highlight what you want to change and click edit
To change the top Toolbar or Side Switchbar backgrounds Right click it
then click select and browse the .jgp .bmp or .png sorry no .gifs
To change the buttons right click the toolbar and click buttons there are 10
included with the script in the hix/system/gfx/buttons/ folder
To add a background to a channel, right click the channel name on the switchbar and goto background
> select and browse the picture you want. (again only .jgp .bmp or .png) you can also tile, center, etc
To change the color of the highlighting go to File > Options > IRC > Highlight >
enable highlighting is already ticked and $me is whatever your current nick is. highlight $me click edit and pick the color you want the line to be colored in
click play sound box and pick a wav you want one to play. If you want it to highlight any other words such as your name or the name people call you click add and repeat the steps.

pick a voice type | make sure Format:Wav is selected | type a phase or
word | click submit when the page prompts you for the download, save it
to C:\Program Files\hix\System\Sfx )
