- HLIT - Half-Life IRC ToolThe Half-Life IRC Tool is the BEST tool out there! It's a tool to let you add servers and such. It supports most MOD's for Half-Life too so it's not just CS or DoD. You can add IP's and edit your config so when you join a server it advertises what server you go into. You can control rcon to servers, save passwords and find out server information from this tool. It comes with some servers already just to get you started too. Everyone uses this tool basically, it's a lifeline if you're a hardcore cs fanatic! If you click on an IP in a channel now, it will automaticlly add it to HLIT.If you use this tool please consider donating money to GeSpot the creator, i fear he's withholding the release of v1.22 until people compensate him for the hard work and long hours it took to put it together. Go to the HLIT site and click on the 'PayPal' icon. You can import your HLIT server list after the script is installed, just copy HLIT-FavData.dat and HLIT-FavSort.dat (if you were running my old script they are in C:\Program Files\6-Script\HLIT\) to C:\Program Files\hix\HLIT\ If HLIT stops working it may need to be reloaded To reload HLIT: Tools > Remote > file > load > script > Browse C:\Program Files\hix\HLIT\hlit_install.mrc - HLSW - Half-Life Server WatchThis is like HLIT but not as easy to use. This main feature you will use this for is for a scrim bot. You will be able to watch scrims/matches in yours or other people's channels.To configure the scrimbot: Open HLSW Enter the IP:port Press CTRL + R to bring up the rcon section at the bottom In the Rcon Config Tab > Enter the rcon password under Receive Server Log click "Get Internet" or "Get LAN" if the server is on your LAN In the mIRC Bot Tab > Where is says mIRC Window click the arrow at the right and select the mIRC HIX Script window Under Main Config enter the channel you want the bot to display, then click "Start mIRC Bot" - All Seeing EyeAll seeing Eye is like Gamespy. You can see basically every type of game and every server for that game. It's essential for games like Battlefiled 1942/ Desert Combat and such. This is an unregistered version of All Seeing Eye but completely functionableIf you use this with Games 2 mIRC you can display the same sort of info that HLIT does (what server you entered/ip/ping etc.) but now it will work for any game that All Seeing Eye supports. -Games 2 mIRCGames 2 mIRC is basically a way of advertising what server you are going into, what the ip is, ping and stuff like that (same as HLIT). It's good for games like Battlefield/Desert Combat or Quake or whatever. This plug-in works with All Seeing Eye, Gamespy 3D, KQuery, and HLSW.It does all the main stuff that the HLIT add-on does, but works for a lot more games For complete help on this plugin read this -Games MessengerEver been in game and wishing you could see what someone is saying in mIRC at the same time as you're playing? Well, this Plug-in does exactly that! It will send messages from mIRC to your Half-Life console. It has been added to the quick launch because its something that you'll want to keep enabling and disabling.To set up Games Messenger: run games messenger - rclick > Game Tools > Games Messenger on the Options Tab: Enable Games Messenger, make sure beep is ticked and tick "add event name" on the Events Tab: Tick Private Messages, Private Notices and Channels Notices etc on the Games Tab: Tick Half-Life and make sure the Local port is set to 27005 On the Filters Tab: Tick From all users or just add the nicks you wanna recieve from Click Okay Run hlit (Press F2) and click config Tick "use custom command line parameters" and add +clientport 27005 eg. -console -clientport 27005 Click Okay Now join a game using hlit and have someone pm you When you hear the beeps, look in your console for the message -Scrim AdvertizerThis is a tool I made for finding a scrim. It sets up your 5 v 5| WEST | ours | pm me into a nice looking advertisement. It lets you customize your ad, colors, has a timer and now works in all channels!-SystemInfo StatsThis addon is very cool, it allows you to cutomize just about everything. You can show your CPU information/OS/ram etc.*Note: The theme you set in systeminfo stats will also set the theme for Games 2 mIRC ad and WinampStats ad For complete help on this addon read this -Winamp StatsEver wanted to advertise what music you're listening to at the moment you're listening to it? Well, this is what winamp stats do. It tells people things like what song, artist, how much time left etc.This add-on and the quick launch for Winamp, works with WinAmp2. The next version of hix will have winamp 3 support but to get it to work with WinAmp3 go here. Download the Winamp3mIRC add-on unzip it and read the read me on how to install it. *Note: Remember to unload the Winamp2mIRC add-on under remotes before you load Winamp3mIRC. To change the quick launch from WinAmp2 to WimAmp3: Click Tools > Remotes > view > toolbar.ini > and scroll down till it says if (*WinAmp2* iswm %hix.selected) { /run ../Winamp/winamp.exe change the /run line to /run ../WinAmp3/studio.exe Then click okay -GameTiger Connection ToolThis tool allows you to connect to servers and such. It's like HLIT, but with more games. If you go to the gametiger site, you can search for players OR just right click on a nick in mirc and hit "Search for player online"-Half-Life CD key ChangerChange your half-life cd key :S-CS BinderMake your own binds for in game. You can have "buy dealge + colt + ammo + nade" binded to F1 or something and have that in game. Pretty usefull tool if you have fat fingers and can't buy fast enough :S.-DemoplayerTell this program where ur demo's are and they'll execute them for you. Pretty basic.In order for the DemoPlayer to work properly go to: C:\Program Files\hix\scripts\systemfiles copy all the files in that folder to your Windows\System folder -AutopingJust enter an IP and it will ping it for you!-Encoding/Decoding ToolThis is the coolest little program. Basically, you can type a message in english into the encoder, and change it to l33t speak, or 2 other cool little text options. People won't understand what the hell you're saying when u copy it and put it into a channel. You can just copy and paste the message they sent and put it in the decoder and put it back into english to "decypher" what they said... oooo, sneaky.-ASCII ToolBe able to make cool and wierd text/art with this tool. Text like this χαΝΈ·‘-LogFile to HTMLYou know that very important meeting you had on mIRC, or that very important person you talked to? Well, now you can convert just a log file to html so you can edit them and put them on your webpage. This tool is EXTREMELY usefull especially for webpagers!-Chanserv CommandsAll those chanserv commands that no one ever knows are included with hix script. Pretty resourceful if you need to manage a big channel :D.-BF1942 Scrim BotLike HLSW, you will be able to watch scrims/matches in yours or other people's channels but for BF.-Shoutcast InfoFor those who have online radio's, this program is able to make it so your listners can type @stream, @current and it will trigger to ur account. It's so your listeners can find out information about your radio station/what song is playing etc.-Shoutcast Stream RecorderThis tool is used so you can record a shoutcast broadcast. So if you're listening to an online radio, you can record that session if you wished.-IP DetectorThis tool locates your NIC and tells you what your IP is.-IP TracerIP tracer does tracert commands in a window and you can track hops and stuff.-PortScannerThis tool scans the ports of any IP you choose.-Multi-connection toolThis add-on will connect you to more than one IRC server at one time. You can be connected to gamesnet and quakenet at the same time.To set this up click the multiserver icon from the quick launch toolbar. you'll see gamesnet west already in there, click add server and put the server address there eg. toronto.on.ca.dal.net *Note: to find the server addresses click Options > Connect > Select the network you want > then the server you want and click edit, the line beside IRC Server: is what you need, copy and paste that into the addserver of the mutliserver window To connect to more than just gamesnet on startup click the multiconnect icon from the quick launch toolbar instead of the lightning bolt and you'll join the listed servers. Make sure when you add a channel to autojoin in the channels folder, that you select a network (Gamesnet). This is so you don't autojoin gamesnet channels on the other networks. *Note: If your already connected to gamesnet and you click multiconnect, you'll rejoin gamesnet and whatever other servers are listed.
